Olga Dukhanova has more than 15 years of experience in the pharmaceutical inducstry, including work in Biochemie, Lek and Sandoz. During the last five years Olga was responsible for the strategic development of a new commercial model in EGIS-RUS, successfully developing the trade marketing strategy in different sales channels. Despite significant market changes, Mrs. Dukhanova managed to establish a process of continuous supply of Egis products to the Russian market. 

Olga Dukhanova succeeded Mr. Krzysztof Skup, who has served as CEO-Russia for 5 years and decided to retire from April 1st 2024.
