In accordance with the requirements of Russian legislation, the labeling of dietary supplements and drug is mandatory, and data on such products must be transmitted to the state GIS MT system ("Honest Sign") and MDLP.
Previously, "EGIS-RUS" used several systems to manage labeling: data on dietary supplements was transmitted to GIS MT through Utrace HUB, and information on medicines - through an IT product of a foreign supplier. After the termination of support for the latter, the company decided to fully switch to Utrace HUB.
The full integration of Utrace HUB with state monitoring systems has united all labeling processes on one platform, optimizing internal processes and ensuring reliable traceability of products.
Utrace Cloud L4 provides ordering of DataMatrix labeling codes, their transfer to the customs warehouse, receipt of labeling reports and their transfer through the SUZ to state monitoring systems. The system allows pharmaceutical manufacturers to effectively manage the mandatory labeling of medicines on an industrial scale, regardless of the geographical location and scale of the company.
The project was completed in record time - just four months.
"By transitioning to Utrace HUB, we've unified the labeling processes for dietary supplements and drugs, ensuring stable supply chains and minimizing the risk of delays in product distribution," commented Olga Dukhanova, General director of EGIS-RUS LLC.
