Egis confirmed the high standard of its communications by submitting 6 projects across 5 categories, all of which made the award shortlist. Following jury voting, three of the company's projects were honored with bronze medals. In 2025, the MedMen Awards expanded beyond creativity into marketing and business solutions. The jury's recognition is especially valuable to the company, as this year's awards received a record number of submissions. The high level of competition underscores the growing industry interest in quality communications that combine bright ideas with strategic thinking and tangible business impact.
"We aimed to build communication formats that become a natural part of a doctor's daily work. Three bronze medals and a 100% shortlist rate are recognition that our projects were genuinely useful and relevant to the professional community. This is undoubtedly a victory for our entire cross-functional team," commented Marianna Medvedeva, Digital Communications Manager at Egis.
Following the awards, Egis ranked 4th in the overall MedMen Creativity & Effectiveness Ranking of pharmaceutical companies.
Nomination "Digital Breakthrough": Telegram channel "Psychoneurology. Medicine 5x5".
The channel, offering doctors micro-learning formats with short lectures and case studies, attracted over 3,400 specialist subscribers and ranked among the top three most engaging in its category.
Nomination "Voice and Audio Communications": Podcast "Deeply about Women's Health".
The project, which created a space for candid conversation on important topics, garnered 424,000 views and 56,000 listens, challenging the culture of silence around women's health issues.
Nomination "Digital Launch": Gamified platform "Cardio Regatta".
The internationally accredited project made continuous medical education engaging: over 3 months, it attracted more than 7,200 cardiologists, and its educational materials received 44,000 views.
Projects on the award shortlist also demonstrated strong results:
"Milurit. Simply about the Complex" (nomination "OSM Communication") proved that even complex medical topics can be explained clearly: expert video answers on asymptomatic hyperuricemia are watched to the end by 74% of doctors.
Patient support projects "Cardio Care" and "Don't Give Up on Youth!" were also featured on the shortlist, confirming Egis's multifaceted approach to communications.
Following an open vote by industry professionals, the title of Best PR Manager (MedMen EXCELLENCE) was awarded to Elena Bershadskaya, Public Relations Manager at Egis.
Egis's success at the MedMen Awards, marked by three bronze medals, three shortlisted projects, and 4th place in the overall ranking, is convincing evidence of the company's commitment to developing high standards in marketing communications within the pharmaceutical industry and its leadership in innovative solutions.
