No pressure, just support, inspiration, and creativity — this project became part of the EGIS Life well-being program and a vivid example of how an internal initiative can grow into a true cultural event within the company.
The camp program was built on the principles of voluntary participation and flexibility. Every day offered new activities: morning workouts, training sessions, yoga, running, and cycling. Participants could choose the format that matched their fitness level and mood. In addition to physical activities, the program included reflection practices — weekly reports, motivational notes, letters to the future, and promises to oneself.
